**RECO JCB** is the UK’s Sole Agricultural JCB Machinery dealership; it is the joint venture of two established companies Redlynch Agri and Compass Tractors, combining over 50 trading years of knowledge and experience between them.

**Job Overview**:
The Aftersales Supervisor role is a key role within the aftersales function, the role supports the workflow whilst supporting the engineers both on-site and off-site. The role ensures all customer needs are met and exceeded where possible by ensuring all equipment is kept up and running with mínimal downtime. The Aftersales Supervisor also takes an active role in parts, meeting both workshop and customer requirements and ensuring the streamline function of both departments.

**Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Ensure RECO JCB service levels are met. o 4 hours breakdown o 48 hours non-essential repair o 7 days routine servicing (scheduled)
- Responsible for Work in Process & Progress in the function.
- Scheduling Engineers time to complete routine and immediate work.
- Support Engineers to resolve technical Issues where possible & needed.
- Help resolve customer issues whether service or parts departments.
- Driving service/parts retail sales and implementing service initiatives.
- Parts stock management.
- Strive towards implementing a First Time Fix methodology, which supports customer experience.
- Ensuring all service standards and procedures for the service function are adhered to, including planning & allocation of work, workshop environment & standards.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
