Estates Tradesperson

You will assist in the provision of a high quality, efficient, responsive, flexible & effective estates service to Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, working as part of the Estates Operations Team.
Working routinely as part of a multi-disciplinary team within Estates reporting directly to the Mechanical Lead.
You will need to manage your own allocated workload.
You will work unsupervised in the course of maintenance duties, including responding to out of hour requests in conjunction with other staff involved in the Estates on-call service.
**Freedom to Act**: The Post holder is guided by departmental precedents and clearly defined occupational policies, protocol, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and codes of conduct. Work is managed rather than supervised and results/outcomes are assessed at agreed intervals.
