Our client, one of the UK's leading Energy providers is looking to recruit an experienced Document Management Specialist who is responsible for ensuring good practice is applied to the management of information that supports cyber security work across allNuclear licensees. This will include establishing a new approach to storage of information in the Cloud and provide guidance and training to the team. In addition, the role will be responsible for external stakeholder engagement with document controllers andproviding a co-ordination role for ensuring timely progress for document reviews and associated team deliverables.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Implement new data management approach for the cyber security team.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and resolve any issues.
- Ensure sensitive information is protected in line with policies and procedures.
- External stakeholder engagement to ensure timely response to deadlines.
- Analysis of data to inform team metrics and performance.

Please note; if successful you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary ongoing basis with scope for extension. Our client is operating a Hybrid working model, therefore the need to be onsite several days a week is essential but there is scopeto WFH.

You will be expected to undertake a drugs and alcohol test as well as be security checked to BPSS and CTC Level.
