Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers to present and sell products or services
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Utilise phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer information, and transactions
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From £21,500.00 per year
