Dispatch Assistant

Aphrodite are recruiting an Online Dispatch Assistant to join their expanding team.

Main duties will include processing sales, dispatching orders, creating shipment labels, liaising with couriers & customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional level of concentration to minimise mistakes
- Able to work confidently and independently
- Good time management and attendance
- Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- A team player, able to assist with various tasks
- Must be flexible to work both weekdays and weekends
- The ability to navigate around multiple systems

This is a temporary position.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3-4 months
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
