As part of Hill's Degree Apprenticeship, Management Trainee programme, we are looking for a **Trainee Estimator** to join our **Pre Construction team in Waltham Abbey, Essex**, starting in September 2024.

**Role overview**:

- Gaining an understanding and develop the knowledge of Estimator, within Pre Construction.
- Assisting the person responsible for the delivery of one of our construction projects.
- Learning about health and safety on site, running a program and managing time and budget constraints.
- You will learn the key managerial skills of leadership and teamwork through study and experience.
- You will develop an understanding of our quality systems and procedures and understand the importance of product quality and pride in presentation which insures we maintain our 5 House builder status.
- Job location: Waltham Abbey, Essex.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Eligibility**:Applicants will have Ideally have achieved A-level grades/BTEC Extended Diploma within two years of the September 2024 start date (Including current Year 13 students - Minimum of BCC grades required or BTEC/T-level equivalent)**:

- Strong desire to work in Construction and Pre Construction as an Estimator.
- Work experience in construction is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work on own initiative and to timescales
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Full UK drivers license is strongly favoured
