**Responsibilities**:

- Shadowing and assisting our CNC Manager in the planning, programming, and execution of CNC-based projects, with a focus on timber CNC cutting, plastic sheet material processing, and furniture or event fabrication.
- Developing and optimising CNC programmes using CAD/CAM software for 3-axis milling machines, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
- Assisting in the estimation and quotation process for CNC-based projects by analysing technical drawings, calculating material requirements, and determining labour costs.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, specifically with 3-axis milling machines, and a focus on timber CNC cutting and plastic sheet material processing.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Experience in project estimation and quotation is a plus.
- Previous experience in furniture or event fabrication is preferred.
