My client is looking for a Sales Manager to join a fast growing and well established UK Fintech company where you will get the opportunity to participate in creating the sales team from scratch in a business with a product that is market ready, and participatein the upside of the business.

Salary is between £75k - £110k + Double OTE

Key responsibilities
- Help to put more definition on the go to market (GTM) strategy and vision; playing a key role in the future direction of the business.
- Build and manage the sales team.
- Work with the directors on the commercial strategy, value proposition and the negotiation pitch.
- Manage the CRM system to improve efficiency and data insights.
- Create an inspiring team environment.
- Set clear sales goals.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations.
- Monitor sales team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members and provide coaching/mentorship.

Essential criteria:

- SaaS sales experience: Ideally you will have experience selling SaaS products in financial services.
- Have managed a team of 2-5 sales people
- Metrics driven, structured and analytical.

Other important criteria:

- Experience with medium to large sized businesses.
- Experience with both a face to face and cold calling strategy.
- Able to ensure smooth operations in the team and have everyone work collaboratively.
- Proven track record in motivating teams to achieve success.
- Excellent sales experience.
