**Thursday & Friday 8:30 - 17:00, Part time**

**£10.42 per hour**

At Charles Hurst Toyota, Newtonabbey we have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Showroom Host. You will be our customers’ first point of contact and are crucial in providing a world-class experience.

Here at Toyota, you will be reporting to the accomplished Steven Magowan who will support and guide you in this role. This would be a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door to this multi award-winning business, as our previous showroom hosts have progressed into senior roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for our customers who visit our dealership. You may also answer our main telephone line for any general queries.
- Responsible for basic site admin duties.
- Meeting and greeting any customers as well as internal/external visitors.
- Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment
- Always maintain highest levels of professionalism

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner. You will possess strong organisation skills and a core eye for detail.

Having experience working in a similar role would be fantastic however, we are always keen to welcome on board newbies
