As an Assistant Surveyor - Graduate, you’ll be an integral member of our Property Team. Pendragon has a history of revolutionising the industry, and it’s the power of our Group coming together that unlocks our potential to transform automotive retail. Based within our head office in Annesley, Nottinghamshire, you’ll work closely with the Head of Property and Business Development Team to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective service to all parts of the Group.

**What you’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:

- Be involved in a regular programme of dealership inspections
- Liaise with the Group Insurance team on property claims
- Work closely with the Group’s retained surveyors and agents in respect of property disposal work
- Assisting with the Group property acquisitions programme

**Do you have what it takes to be a Pendragon Associate? For this role, we’re looking for someone who is**:

- A collaborative team player, who is open to new ideas and comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment
- Driven by passion for our industry and the people who work in it
- Down-to-earth, with a people-first mindset and excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
- Entrepreneurial and motivated by performance, able to demonstrate when you worked to a variety of deadlines
- A graduate with a fully accredited degree in Estate Management, Real Estate or Property Management
- Aiming to become a full member of the RICS by completing the APC, for which you will receive full support
- Comfortable with regular travel throughout the UK and occasional unsociable hours, holding a current, valid driving licence

**Please be aware that this is not a Building or Quantity Surveying role.
