**What we’re looking for**

Our new location is in need of a whole team of dynamic individuals who are passionate about food to help us bring our dishes to the masses. You will be working with the best food in the business including our coveted signature Squid dish (It’s in the name after all)

Here’s a few things we’re looking for in our Crew Leaders:

- Experience - We want someone who has spent time in the trenches, learning the ins and outs of the industry and honing their skills.
- Qualifications - Although not essential, any food qualification will be adventageous.
- Must have a passion and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to bring your own energy and enthusiasm to the team.

**Front of house - **Leading our front of house means
- being in charge of charming the customers. We’re all about making the customer happy, so our senior crew members must be dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure that our customers have a fantastic experience.
- We want someone with a sense of humour. We’re a fun-loving team and want someone that can bring the laughs and keep the atmosphere light and lively.
- Of course, we do need you to keep on top of the general (not so exciting) stuff that keeps the Squid Shack running smoothly. Our Crew Leaders will need to keep the team motivated and on track, and making sure that all the general front of house duties are done to a standard that we can all be proud off.

**Kitchen crew** - Leading our kitchen means
- You will co-ordinate the prep and cooking of our amazing menu under the guidance of the management team
- You will work with your crew mates to cook and serve hot food items inline with food safety and recipe instructions, under the guidance of the management team
- You will strive to keep wastage to a minimum
- teamwork

If you are focused and good at time management, or would like to learn those things, this will be the perfect fit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
