- 360 recruitment
- 100 cold calls a day (as a trainee)
- Providing a professional, consultative service
- Following company processes to a high standard

**The Person**:

- No experience needed
- Degree educated OR a background in sales/customer service
- Money motivated & goals oriented
- Hungry to build a successful career
