**Job Description: Specialist Contractor - Resin Flooring and Concrete Repairs**

**Responsibilities**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the building trade is advantageous.
- Possession of a CSCS card is preferred, with additional related skills/qualifications (e.g., Confined Space, PASMA, Construction Industry Standards) being beneficial.
- Basic practical skills and the ability to follow written instructions and perform basic arithmetic tasks.
- A fit and motivated individual who can collaborate effectively within a small team.

**Key Details**:

- Full training will be provided.
- The role includes wearing provided workwear.
- Salary will be commensurate with age and experience.

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Labouring: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Hamilton (required)
