As a Booking Coordinator at our Glasgow Hospital, you’ll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your ‘can do’ attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.

**As a Booking Coordinator, you will**:
Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role
Provide the best possible experience to patients
Working with the Sales & Services Manager, be central to supporting timely access to theatre for patients and consultants
Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations
Liaise with patients, clinical teams and consultants to support admissions and ensure the best use of everyone’s time
Enjoy a varied range of responsibilities - from being involved in process reviews and audits, to quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide committees and forums
Liaise with NHS Services and the Senior Management Team to facilitate bookings to meet contractual obligations

Located in the heart of the West End of Glasgow; you will be working at one of Scotland’s leading private hospitals. This year, we embarked on phase three of our multi-million pound refurbishment, adding state of the art equipment like our Mako robotic arm for orthopaedic surgery and a new ambulatory theatre. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
