An experienced Stock Manager with experience in the jewellery trade is needed to join our team at Berganza based in Hatton Garden, London. We are a long-established jeweller specialising in ancient, antique and vintage jewellery.

**About Us**

Berganza is a second-generation family-run company and is an industry leader in fine antique jewellery. Our pieces showcase hand-cut diamonds and natural gemstones, rarely found on today’s market The team at Berganza combines experience with vision andpractical expertise with academic excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stock control
- Entering stock and processing invoices
- Workshops liaising and coordinating (collections and drop offs)
- Stone sorting and stone stock check to keep (internal)
- Replenishing and sourcing gemstones from suppliers
- Supervising on buying inventory
- Regular Stock takes
- Carrying out test on jewellery
- Cleaning and checking jewellery
- Assessing jewellery for repairs work
- Cataloguing Jewellery
- Sending stones and liaising with laboratories
- Importing/exporting loose stones and jewellery
- Keeping record of shipping document for processing
- Supplier’s relations and correspondence (dealers and auction houses)
- Organising calendar appointments for dealers and reminders for auctions
- Greeting dealers/merchants and members of public
- Ordering boxes, ticketing and storing jewellery correctly

**Required Experience**:

- Must have previous experience within the jewellery trade
- Highly organised
- And able to work to deadlines
