**The Programme**
The apprenticeship program involves studying towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification, dedicating 80% of time to work and 20% to studying. The role will allow the opportunity to:
- Support managers with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
- Assisting with research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
- Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Supporting the planning and organisation of events and meetings.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.
**You will also have the opportunity to learn**
- Business operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources.

- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data analysis and research techniques.
- Time management and prioritisation skills.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Undertaking any other duties that may be required to support the smooth running of the business.
**Please note - this is a full time position, specifically based in Newcastle upon tyne.**
**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year
