Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit multiple Production operators for our client based in South West Durham.
Our client is a North East based manufacturer who have over 200 years’ experience in the Industry. The business manufacturers high performance refractory ceramics for clients around the world.

**THE ROLE**
Machine Operation
Setting Machines
Working in a busy manufacturing environment
Working to specific instructions and targets
Quality checking components and ensuring work meets desired standards
**THE PERSON**
Experienced in manufacturing/factory environment
Prior machine operating experience
A self-motivator and team player.
Passion for continuous improvement
Good attention to detail with the desire to learn new things.
**THE PACKAGE**
Hours: Mon - Fri
Day Shift 6am-2pm £9.50 p/hr with £33 Shift Uplift
Back Shift 2pm-10pm £9.50 p/hr with £44 Shift Uplift
