Lettings Administrator

**Part time Lettings Administrator - The Property Shop**

At The Property Shop, you will be working under our lettings side of the business, William Joyce Lettings, providing admin assistance to our property management team.

We are seeking a positive and organised person to join our fast-growing business, based in Corringham. This is a part-time role for 2 days per week (days TBC) 9am to 5pm - some flexibility can be provided on start/finish time.

**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for general enquiries, maintenance and emergency calls.
- Assist in the day-to-day property management area of our lettings team.
- Respond to any enquiries from landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Organise maintenance works and ensure satisfactory completion of the works using the workflow system.
- Monitor the performance of all/any contractors.
- Assist in essential admin tasks such as chasing rent arrears and arranging necessary paperwork.
- Assist in marketing vacant properties.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
