We have exciting opportunities for Teaching Assistants to join our committed and hardworking team at East Point Academy, supporting our students to achieve their full potential.

**The main responsibilities of the role will be**:
to work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff

to undertake care and learning programmes and activities to support individuals or groups of pupils

to enable access to learning for pupils

have good numeracy/literacy skills, NVQ level 2 in Teaching Assistance is desirable.

have experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age.

have the ability to relate well to children and adults

be able to work constructively as part of a team

be motivated to enable access to learning for pupils, including specialised support for those with special education needs.
