Integration Analyst

Integration Analyst - 35K + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 days holiday + Onsite Gym + Ilkley (hybrid)
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Integration Analyst to join an established, International IT organisation with offices in Ilkley (20 minute train from central Leeds). They have featured in both the The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and FinancialTimes fast growing companies.
This exciting opportunity will suit an Software Tester / Test Analyst or possibly Software Support Engineer who is looking to move into something a little different.
The Integration Analyst will be responsible for managing the integration of the platform directly with clients' and third party software providers. You will support the Product Team, Technology Team and Customer Success by troubleshooting integration errors,ensure that API integration requirements are understood and development work can be carried out effectively. You will ensure that the client is assured and informed at all stages of the integration process.
Integration Analyst Experience:

- Experience in a similar integration position or Testing or Software support background
- Ability to troubleshoot problems using a logical thought process and/or tools such as Postman
- Understanding development languages and being able to spot errors (we are not looking for a coder)
- Being the first line support contact for platform integration support tickets
- Ability to collaborate with employees from all departments and at all levels
- Confidence to support Customer Success and Pre-Sales teams on client calls
Experience in any of the above is a benefit but training will be provided.
You will be a motivated Integration Analyst with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Integration Analyst should have strong relationship building, organisational skills and the ability to work aspart of a team.
