**What is the role?**

We are recruiting for an experienced Ledger Clerk to join our busy Finance Team.

The purpose of the role is to manage subcontractor ledger, providing a service to suppliers of goods and services, and ensuring that their invoices are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

**The role will include**:

- Processing and administration of twice monthly BACS supplier payments
- Invoice matching to site orders and PODs
- Costing invoices to contracts
- Maintaining new supplier records for audit purposes
- Liaising with our internal teams to resolve price and order queries
- Adhoc accounts duties

**What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy organisation
- COINS experience would be hugely beneficial
- Diligent and organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel skills desirable
- Good communication skills
