**Collaboration and communication**:

- Collaborate with external agencies including social Services and educational establishments, to ensure the holistic care and and development of children
- Participate in team meeting, case conferences and training sessions to share information, discuss strategies and enhance professional knowledge.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role within a children's residential home or related setting.
- A relevant qualification in Children's Health and Social care.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.
- Knowledge of child development, safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required.
