We are looking for hotel Bistro, Café and Bar colleagues to take and deliver orders to our guests. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, bar or café, and responsible for our customers’ experiences. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.

Morning and evening shifts available - most will involve weekend working.
Full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment

**Please be aware **that this role involves working shifts of mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The role is a casual one, with the advertised rate of pay including a 12.07% holiday allowance. We are recruiting for colleagues in both our hotel Bistro and The View Café & Bar.

**Salary**: £5.39-£11.68 per hour
