My client is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a demonstratable track record.

**Role**: My client require additional resource in our Plymouth and Exeter offices to facilitate ongoing workload covering minor works, contract admin, design and specification, surveys and project monitoring. They have a number of specialist surveyors in areas such as construction management, building surveys, party wall, defect analysis, and dilapidations. They have worked on a variety of building types from Scheduled Ancient Monuments, the Plymouth Breakwater, Drakes Island, development of industrial estates, new build offices and housing developments, as well as undertaking party wall appointments, dilapidation instructions, planned maintenance surveys within the general range of services provided by a building surveyor.

**Experience**: Relevant RICS accredited degree.

**Hours**: Full time

**Start Date**:Immediate start is available or deferred start date

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
