**What will you be doing**:

- Working with the Senior System Architects across a number of business projects, and work with the business ranging from project stakeholders at all levels within business to the internal Innovation and automation team.
- Supporting with HR and Finance process improvements
- Produce software component designs and specifications
- Produce software components and test the components

**What you’ll bring**:

- Pega 7.x or 8.x System Architect certified
- Experience with some of the following Pega functionalities:
Reporting
Case management
Integration (Web services/APIs)
User interface
Unit testing
Background processing
- Ability to work collaboratively with other developers to:
Maximum code reuse
Share knowledge on system functionality
Conduct peer reviews in support of best practices
Discuss and brainstorm different methods and designs for developing code and delivering functionality
Take ownership of deliverables such as business requirements, users stories, and bug
Some experience in a technical support environment.
Ability to work in an Agile environment
Knowledge of windows operating system in a desktop and server environment.
