Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a role for an HR Advisor in Haringey.

This pay rate for this role is between £20.06 - £29.98 per hour (Ltd/umbrella) and has an initial 3-month contract.

**Main Duties**:

- To provide advice and recommendations to managers on employment legislation and contractual issues as appropriate.
- To provide advice to managers in handling employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance, attendance and capability ensuring timely, effective and consistent outcomes are reached.
- To act as the People Services representative at formal investigation meetings and hearings, including arranging the meetings (disciplinary hearings, change management processes, capability hearings etc).
- To work with the HRBPs to review and analyse key performance indicators (workforce information, attendance/ absence, ER cases, appraisal, vacancy, bank usage and turnover) to support programmes designed to improve performance.

**Requirements of the HR Advisor**:

- Degree level qualification or equivalent
- HR/ER experience
- Considerable experience of working with Electronic Staff Sysetms
- Understanding of the role of HR in an NHS Trust
- An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months is desirable but not essential
