**Trainee Car Sales Executive / Junior Vehicle Sales Person**who is ambitious and hardworking with strong communication and customer service skills, is confident talking to members of the public and is keen to learn how to sell new and usedcars is required for a franchised car dealership based in Swansea, Wales.

**NO PREVIOUS CAR DEALER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**

No previous experience of selling cars is required. However, you must be keen to learn and have previous sales and/or customer service experience.

**SALARY**:£18,000 per annum Basic plus generous commission package. £35,000-£40,000 OTE - full training provided

**LOCATION**: Swansea, Wales

**JOB TYPE**: Full-Time, Permanent

**WORKING HOURS**: 6 day week with regular weekend work (11 days worked per two-week period with one weekday per two-week period given as paid leave)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Trainee Car Sales Executive / Junior Vehicle Sales Person who is ambitious and hardworking with strong communication and customer service skills, is confident talking to members of the public and is keen to learnhow to sell new and used cars.

Working as a Trainee Car Sales Executive / Junior Vehicle Sales Person you will have a great opportunity to join a growing and prominent brand within the motor trade. The franchise is a local, family run business established since 1986 with a great reputation.

As the Trainee Car Sales Executive / Junior Vehicle Sales Person you will learn the workings of a motor dealership from the ground up and will have opportunities to grow your career with this fast-expanding franchise.

Your duties and responsibilities as a Trainee Car Sales Executive / Junior Vehicle Sales Person will include:

- Face to Face sales - assisting the company’s valued customers
- Achieve agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of your products
- Respond to customer queries and resolve their objections to get them to make a purchase
- Handle all customer queries and complaints to ensure full resolution - keep your customers happy
- Training and development - keep ahead of the game with your products, services and the market-place

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales position
- Full UK Driving Licence
- You will be ambitious, hard-working and determined to succeed
- Great communication skills
- Team player who is also able to work on own initiative
- Willing to learn
