My client an Oil and Gas business are looking to hire a HR Generalist on a permanent to join their London based team. This role requires you in the office 4 days a week and 1 day from home and the salary is competitive. The HR Generalist is responsible forhandling day-to-day HR operations and projects, as well as the administration of HR policies and procedures.

You will be required to:

- Advise colleagues on policies and procedures.
- Assist the Head of HR with the development and implementation of new policies.
- Being the first point of call for employee relations queries.
- Assist the Head of HR to manage and develop employee benefits and compensation and communication changes to the wider business.
- Support the Head of HR with recruitment administration.
- Assist the Head of HR with the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinating and booking training sessions.
- Monitoring training attendance and gathering and evaluating employee feedback.
- Manage company payroll.

To carry out this role you must have:

- Good understanding of UK employment law.
- Minimum of 3 years recent HR work experience.
- Educated to degree level and hold a CIPD Level or being studying towards this.
- Speaking an additional language would be a bonus.
