**Job summary**:

We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Leader, to support the Designated Safeguarding Lead and other staff members. The postholder will promote and develop good relationships with parents, whilst proactively working to identify the needs and support for children and families. The postholder will provide mentoring and transition support for pupils and awareness workshops for parents. You will have experience of working with children and of working with external stakeholders to build professional relationships.
