**Job Title**: Employed Mortgage Adviser (Leads provided)
**Location**: Teesside
**Salary**: £30,000 plus generous commission structure
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented

- Previous experience of working as a Mortgage and Protection Specialist
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Holds CAS

A successful global wealth management company is now looking for a driven and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to join their firm. Based in their modern offices located in Teesside, you’ll be joining a professional and hardworking team, delivering excellent service to clients.
If you are a qualified Mortgage Adviser who holds CAS, with a proven track record in Mortgage and Protection, this could be an exciting and lucrative move. The role comes with administrative support and leads provided, ideal for a self-motivated and determined individual.

- Provide outstanding customer service and remaining professional throughout
- Full understanding of Mortgage process, from the first steps to completion
- Provide correct advice and suitable options for all clients

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold CAS and CeMAP (or equivalent)
