About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Counsellor, to provide a trauma informed ethical and psychologically informed service for the people who use our services and our staff team. To oversee the student placement in a supportive and proactive way to help ensure that the students have the information they need to undertake their counselling placement within Blue Triangle and to provide counselling to staff members who feel the need to undertake these sessions and to assist within services in the event of a trauma though the provision of supported sessions or groupwork. This role will be 21 hours per week.
