Brand Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established thriving Swedish Distribution business who supply the UK and Ireland, with a presence of 15+ years in the UK we are looking for an experienced administrator to cover a 12-month Maternity contract, with the view to be taken on permanently.

Main Responsibilities will include:

- Support to Brand Co-ordinator / Office Manager /MD
- Quoting customers
- Answering telephone query’s / complaints and resolving efficiently
- Processing order /Credits / Profoma payments
- Organising transport delivery of product worldwide / predominantly UK / Ireland.
- Dealing with transport companies daily
- Processing internal orders
- Leasing with printers daily.

Person Specifications:

- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- Must be a good Multitaskers.
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be computer literate.
- Understanding of different print methods - Not essential but preferred.
- Excellent numerical skills

39 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 16.00pm

Location: Hirwaun

**Salary**: Above National Minimum wage
