A leading branding agency in London is seeking a talented and experienced Design Director to join their team. The Design Director will be responsible for leading the agency's design efforts, driving creative excellence, and delivering impactful brandingsolutions for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creative direction of the agency and develop innovative design strategies that meet client needs.
- Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Oversee the quality of all design output, ensuring consistency and alignment with the agency's brand standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate new design approaches into work.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of designers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for design and a drive to constantly improve and push creative boundaries.
- Proficient in design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
