**IT Support Technician**

**Surbiton - Onsite 5 days per week - Inside IR35 - Immediate Start**

Our Client based in Surbiton, Surrey are looking for a 1st Line support technician to join the team on a contract basis. You will be working on the service desk to diagnose and solve technical queries in order to support customer across the 4 different sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1st line technical support
- To ensure all customer tickets are logged into the support desk system
- To gather all relevant information and ensure all necessary data has been provided for troubleshooting
- To investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- To engage with Customers after initial diagnosis and ensure all relevant data has been gathered
- To resolve and close tickets within the terms of the SLA & Support Contracts
- To keep the Customer updated on progress at all times
- Escalation of complex tickets to the appropriate senior member of the team
