We are recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department for a stunning high quality boutique hotel operation.

The hotel has a luxury, warm and welcoming feel and the property is set overlooking stunning views. As Head Housekeeper you will lead your team from the front, liaise closely with the Reception Manager and report into the General Manager, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service to guests.

**The role**:

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness across all bedrooms and communal areas, leading a small team to deliver a fantastic service.
- Monitoring and ordering of linen stocks and liaising with suppliers to ensure correct stocks and par levels.
- Communicate with the reception team to ensure a seamless transition for guests.
- Train and deliver high standards of health & safety and hygiene across all areas.
- Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure any maintenance issues are reported.
- Manage the recruitment and training of the team and ongoing coaching and development.
- You will be an experienced Head Housekeeper / or Assistant Head Housekeeper and have experience managing a team and working in ideally a 4 red star or 5-star background.
- Your communication and customer service skills will be excellent, and you will be confident liaising with the key departments in a hotel.
- Attention to detail is key and you will take pride in delivering the highest of standards.
