Warehouse Administrator

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join a fantastic company based in the Chessington area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous Warehouse experience, or someone who has worked in anothersector such as retail or hospitality, who is looking to gain more work/life balance.

Working hours are Monday-Friday (early finish on a Friday), and the company offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities will include:

- Ensure deliveries are booked in and processed in a timely manner
- Processing orders
- Ensuring productivity targets are achieved
- Deal with suppliers and delivery drivers
- Ensure all incoming stock is inspected in accordance with quality standards, with the appropriate paperwork, and that discrepancies are dealt with effectively
- Deal with rejected stock
- Reconciling incoming stock and literature to the working docket
- Picking orders correctly and in date order
- Completing paperwork
- Take responsibility for the warehouse in the absence of the Supervisor

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

- Experience in a Warehouse role would be preferable
- Organised and efficient with excellent communication skills
- IT proficient, with the ability to complete paperwork accurately
- Must be able/happy to lift heavy goods
- Able to take responsibility in the absence of the Supervisor
