We are now looking for a **Scheduling & Planning Administrator to**work within our Resource Planning team supporting both our customer facing & non-customer facing stakeholders.

**Role Responsibilities -**
- Produce MI reports for senior managers & the leadership team
- Highlight over/understaffed periods and make recommendations to Sales Managers on efficiency improvements
- Manage Zuto’s WFM platform, ensuring all Sales, Processing & Customer Service teams have a clear view of their shifts, holidays, etc
- Manage holiday & absence approvals across all customer facing departments
- Create and distribute daily staffing schedules factoring in lunches, training & team meetings
- Manage intra-day adjustments to how leads are distributed amongst the Sales teams as staffing levels change
- Working with our analytics & insights team ensure that all Sales reports are accurate & provide the relevant MI to the operation
- General administration & support for our Sales & Customer Service teams

**Experience & skills required**
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Previous experience working in a Resource Planning or Contact Centre Administrator role (preferably in a sales/customer service driven environment)
- Good logic & analytical skills
- Be used to working in a fast paced environment, be adaptable to change & thrive when working under pressure
- Be able to take ownership over processes with a forward thinking approach to work
- Open & outgoing personality with good communication skills
