Are you a Plant Engineer looking for an exciting new role where you will receive specialist product training, maintaining the best plant machinery in Dorset whilst being provided with a new modern transit van (for personal and professional use), with all projectstaking place within the local Dorset area, ensuring you have a great work / life balance?
Do you have a plant or agricultural background and want a varied role, covering breakdowns, fleet maintenance and servicing, with fault finding challenges and the opportunity to progress into a Workshop Manager role, eventually leading and managing your ownteam of engineers, whilst working for a market leading company?
The company are well set within the industry, having been established since 1972 and are continually building on their success by expanding their impressive fleet to boast the best selection of plant machinery in the West Dorset area. With highly qualifiedindustry technicians, the company are on hand to support their customers, lending their expertise alongside stellar customer service. The company specialise in hiring and selling a wide variety of Plant Equipment and are looking for a new Plant Machinery Engineerto keep the fleet in the best condition, by attending breakdowns, completing repairs and utilising the best diagnostic equipment the market has to offer.
This role would suit a Plant Engineer looking for a new role with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, with the opportunity to work with industry leading equipment and technology.
**THE ROLE**:

- Repairing and maintaining fleet equipment
- Attending breakdowns as required
- Assisting Transport and Workshop Managers
- Completing diagnostics as required
**THE PERSON**:
