**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to developing a pipeline strategy for new customer acquisition
- Follow up with leads to ensure they keep moving through the sales funnel
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products and services
- Record customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with Account Managers to onboard new clients

**Requirements**:

- You graduated with a **Bachelor’s degree** (or equivalent)
- You have some experience within a sales / customer service environment (this could even be in retail or hospitality)
- You have exceptional communication skills and can build rapport in the first 30 seconds of a call
- You are a self-starter. You don’t need to be ‘managed’ by your manager and are excited to learn quickly in a fast-paced and fun environment
- You’re patient, empathetic and a humble team player
- You have familiarity with CRM systems and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
