**What we expect**:
Within our global Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Team, the “Learning & Engagement Expert” will be responsible for promoting a safety culture across TKE, ensuring that our employees and complimentary workforce are engaged in the company's health and safety practices. Central to this role is the development and implementation of effective initiatives to cultivate a learning-based organization and continuously improve the company's OSH culture.
- You will support the development of an enterprise-wide engagement and communications plan that ensures that all OSH focus areas are promulgated and understood at a strategic and operational level
- You have the chance to develop supporting training programs to ensure OSH awareness and education across all levels of the organization as well as to establish an enterprise safety community, including committees and learning teams for the review and implementation of OSH initiatives
- You will develop high levels of engagement with key stakeholders including Communications team members, operational and functional partners
- You will create and advise on safety campaign materials and engage with the Business Units to gauge impact and effectiveness as well as facilitate open communication between management and employees, sharing updates and fostering transparency
- You will develop and oversee the evolution of the functional learning processes to ensure that learnings from serious incidents are promulgated and embedded within the organization
- You will promote a culture of safety, encouraging incident reporting and recognition in collaboration with Critical Risk and Investigation Manager
- You have the opportunity to support the development of an OSH Recognition Program, including objectives, and eligibility criteria that align with the organization's values and culture
- You will promote the program globally through various channels and plan global events to celebrate awardees.
**Who we are looking for**:
- You have an academic degree in Learning/Engagement/Organizational Development, Safety, or a related field
- You bring in a minimum of 5 years of operational engagement or communications experience, preferably in a global or multinational organization
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling written content
- You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- You preferably have a background in a mature safety culture
- You are convincing with cultural sensitivity and adaptability, combined with experience in working across diverse regions and geographies
- You preferably have experience in change management, moderating communities, training or workshops
