An established and successful company that continues to trade well, is ambitious, and has a "people first" culture. They are continuing to open new high street stores and are looking for a Cafe Bakery Manager.

They are coffee aficionados with trained baristas and serve an all day fresh range of bakery items alongside patisserie, pastries, breakfast pots and cakes.

**CAFE BAKERY MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?**
- Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
- A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service?
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results?
- Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales?

**CAFE BAKERY MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES**
- Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
