Watton Medical Practice is looking to recruit Care Navigators to join our friendly team, the positions offered are part and full time.

We are looking for someone who has great people skills, confident in communicating with patients and can work under pressure in a busy environment.

Experience of working in a busy medical practice and a sound knowledge of SystmOne is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.83 per hour
