Capita are looking for an Operations Technical Specialist to join our homebased team on a full time, temporary basis. If you’re the type of person who is confident, commercially aware, and loves to support within developmental projects - this could be the role for you

**Job title**:
Operations Technical Specialist

**What you will be doing**:

- Act as a point of reference for colleagues, stakeholders and clients, in relation to queries, support and system processes etc.
- Provide monthly reports on the MCR project & wider team, as well as, contributing towards the service delivery report.
- Lead parts of the project by providing solutions and process improvements for the business to take into consideration and implement.
- Be responsible for ensuring targets and KPIs in relation to the project & teams are met.
- Updating CRM accurately & supporting with any MI requirements needed by the business.
- Demonstrate strategic knowledge of the clients on the project - what their business objectives are, key issues, onboarding delivery targets etc & to display a genuine interest in their business, have meaningful conversations and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Participate in monthly in-person meetings at the Capita office in Darlington to meet with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership team.
- Ensure the operational control framework is aligned to all aspects of the contract as well as, regulation and scheme compliance.

**What we are looking for**:

- Successful track record in building relationships with key stakeholders & Clients.
- The ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under a time-constraint.
- The capacity to work flexibly alongside other management and senior leadership to support the achievement of operational objectives.
- Strong customer & client focus with the ability to meet targets within a timeframe.
- Skilled in the use of MS office products (e.g. word, excel etc), Power BI and MI packages.
- Strong leadership skills with a strong client focus.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience within a management role.
