**Hills Waste Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Purton.**
The Administrator is a full time, permanent role reporting to the Assistant Depot Manager.

The main responsibilities of the Administrator will be to undertake a range of general and specific administrative duties within the Waste Collection operation across Purton and the surrounding areas.
**The Administrator role**:
- To ensure that all records are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- To maintain and update weekly and monthly any required information, sales information, databases, records, returns and statistics relating to the Waste Management Division.
- To maintain filing systems.
- To deal with telephone enquiries and sales orders.
- To process sales orders and sales documentation (manual and electronically) as required in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met.
- To comply with the Company Cash Sales / Credit Control policy and procedures
- To arrange meetings, produce agendas and take accurate minutes as required
- To provide sales administration support the Waste Solutions Consultants

**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Previous administration experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, mainly Excel
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills and written skills
- Customer focused and excellent telephone manner
