_Farm Veterinary Practice Receptionist_
Would you like to join our friendly Farm Animal reception team?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide full time cover in the Farm Department at our Mixed Veterinary practice branches in Launceston and Liskeard.

The role:

- Contract based on 40 hours per week:

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm & Thursday 8.15am - 5.15pm
- Saturday morning cover (share of rota) 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Working at the Pennygillam, Launceston branch and occassionally at Miller Court, Liskeard branch
- Working as part of our team of 6 farm animal receptionists and 16 farm vets and ATTs
- The role involves answering the phone, liaising with farmers and dispensing medications (full training will be given)
- Assisting with various administration work and ensuring the equipment is cleaned and ready for use and medications are ready for dispensing
- Other Farm Receptionist duties

The person we are looking for MUST have:

- Farming background or farming knowledge
- At least one year of Customer Service or Receptionist experience
- Familiarity with the local area would be an advantage
- A confident, friendly and outgoing personality to slot into our team
- Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
- Customer Service or Receptionist experience required
- Attention to detail and an organised approach to work
- Due to our locations a driving licence is required.
