We are looking to appoint a permanent member of staff to join our Q-TAN family in our busy, luxurious tanning salon. The current role is for 16 hour per week, overtime will likely be available (overtime is paid at the standard hourly rate).

Your role will be to provide a great service to our customers as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the salon. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential. You must be over 18, be able and willing to work weekdays (till 9pm) and weekends, and speak fluent English.

**Skills**:

- You must be trustworthy, confident, friendly and reliable
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Have upselling abilities to promote retail products
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness within a salon environment
