HR Advisor

Are you a passionate and positive HR professional with strong generalist experience who is looking for a new and exciting challenge?

As a HR Advisor, you will be working in a hands-on and strategic advisory role to cultivate an amazing and innovative employee experience driven culture; leading key projects that focus on people and operational excellence placing employee success at theheart of the business to support accelerated, sustainable growth.

As the business HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Providing an excellent HR service in a generalist capacity, using best practice approaches
- Providing expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance, capability and disciplinary management, leadership and coaching, learning and development, employee relations matters, HR data critical for payroll and recognition programs
- Partnering with department managers to provide full lifecycle support of employee-related activities, including onboarding, employee transfers, changes to terms, leave of absence, terminations and offboarding.
- Ensuring legal requirements are achieved at all times
- Providing data driven insights to guide decision making and offer proactive and progressive HR solutions
- Recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee and management support of performance management and people development
- Operating with a continuous improvement mindset, designing, enhancing and embedding HR policies which encourage engagement, motivation and drive employee and business value
- Managing HR IT systems and data administration including production of management KPIs

In return you will be offered a generous salary of £30,000. This is a hybrid role with a maximum of 3 days a week working in the office and the rest at home.

The working week will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. 25 days holiday.
