**Site Driver**:
**MBT Site Driver**
**Basic Salary: £30,395 per annum**
**Monday to Friday 06:00am-16:00pm and 18:00pm-04:00am alternate days and nights - 10 hour shift requirements for which 2 hours per day are paid at time plus half**

You will develop positive working relationships and team culture with all members of the Hespin Wood operation.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- As part of our driving team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day change-over of containers to maintain the optimal productivity at our MBT facility, ensuring that recycling and diversion targets are met
- Ensuring all skips, trailers, bins and equipment are stored in a safe and efficient manner, with ease of access
- Report all safety or environment issues to Management, and where appropriate, to internal support services staff

- HGV class 1 license (desirable), HGV class 2 also considered and ideally trained to use Roll-on Roll-off (RORO) vehicles as well as forklift trucks (telehandler machines)
- Team player with high levels of drive and flexibility
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Good people skills, be able to communicate at all levels
- Good organisation/Planning skills
