**Full time, Permanent - 40 hours per week | £21,673.60 | Ambleside**
- Are you looking for a change of career and wanting to work with a variety of customers and clients? From big corporate clients, to groups of children and young people on their first trip away from home, to weddings, B&B guests and many more in-between?- We’re looking for a proactive, friendly and versatile General Assistant to join our growing Guest Services Team.- As one of our General Assistants, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Venue and customer experience for a broad range of customers and clients. It’s a customer-facing role, so ensuring an outstanding experience is always received is a top priority. You’ll be front of house among the hub of activity and will be focused on the delivery of our food and beverage offering, as well as ensuring general housekeeping is of an exceptional standard.

- Evidence of previous experience relevant to the role
- Excellent team working skills
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
