Position Details:
**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent, 30 hours per week

**Salary**: Starting from £17,846 pa pro rata (£22,010 fte)

Position Summary: As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to maintain their autonomy and successfully manage their own accommodation. This role typically involves face-to-face interactions within clients' homes, offering you the opportunity to build meaningful connections and provide essential housing-related support. It can sometimes be a challenging job - but very rewarding, offering tangible successes.

Tenancy Support Workers:

- Provide valuable housing advice to clients
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress
- Offer guidance and support in budgeting
- Effectively refer clients to relevant external agencies when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Strong self-motivation and exceptional time management skills
- Prior knowledge of the benefit system is advantageous
- Proficiency in the Welsh language is desirable, though not mandatory
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence - you will receive mileage reimbursement at an agreed rate of 44p per mile
